Community Grants

The next round of council’s community grants is now open, with applications closing on August 15. Council’s community grants program provides opportunities for not-for-profit organisations and individuals to gain funding or in-kind support for their initiatives. Through the program, council can support and stimulate arts, sport and recreation, and community projects, programs and events.

Intending applicants are encouraged to make appointments to see Community Liaison officers, Sport and Recreation Development officers, Event Support Administration officers of the RADF Liaison Officer for advice to ensure applications are complete.

Guidelines and application processes for the range of community grant schemes are outlined on Council’s website www.toowoombaRC.qld.gov.au or call 131 872 for copies to be emailed, or posted, and to make appointments to see a Council Officer.

– Arts & Cultural Grants (CCAS and RADF)
– Community Support Grants

– Sport & Recreation Grants
– Environment Grants (this round only promoting the Shrubs and Trees giveaway program)
